The Fundamental classes are Monvida’s general fitness classes constructed for recreational athletes. They’re perfect for someone new to in-gym training or someone is experienced and looking to boost their current fitness or just break through a rut. The training runs throughout the year and transition through various cycles of strength, endurance, power, and metabolic conditioning. Athletes often use our fundamentals class as a stepping stone into our more sport-specific training camps.
Looking to take your mountain biking skills to the next level? We train inside the gym for what we do outside, and mountain biking is no exception. Train and build your body to handle the demands of mountain biking. In our training sessions you build a strong and durable body to reduce the risk of injury, increase your power to climb, and up your level of endurance. Increasing your performance on a bike is our number one goal! All levels of mountain biking enthusiasts are welcomed. Each training session is packed with sport specific training information, and questions are always encouraged. Everything at Monvida is planned, progressed and monitored, nothing is random, and that’s the way we believe you will improve and see results on the bike.
