Private Training

Looking for a great way to make a difference to your health, wellness and performance while going at your own pace? Your coach will work with you to identify specific goals, assess the way you move, and design a personalized training program. Sessions are planned to help progress you properly without rushing into something you are not able to handle. Your coach will also work with your doctor or physiotherapist if you have current injuries to plan a safe and effective workout to get you back on track! This program provides great flexibility and allows you to build your own schedule.
