The Fundamental classes are Monvida’s general fitness classes constructed for recreational athletes. They’re perfect for someone new to in-gym training or someone is experienced and looking to boost their current fitness or just break through a rut. The training runs throughout the year and transition through various cycles of strength, endurance, power, and metabolic conditioning. Athletes often use our fundamentals class as a stepping-stone into our more sport-specific training camps.
