Sport Conditioning
To generate the power to gain huge air and stomp a 360 nose grab; to control a mountain bike at blistering speeds as you shred down a mountain; or to paddle hard and save yourself from being sucked into roaring rapids. These are just some of the reasons you have to be sport-specific conditioned when participating in any adventure sport.
To train for these different sports you must know the unique requirements they place on motor skills, movement patterns, muscle strength, and metabolic demands. Training someone for a snowboarding half pipe comp is different from training a climber for a bouldering competition. And this is where Monvida comes in.
We’re finalizing the 2012 start dates for the sport-specific training camps that will include whitewater kayaking and mountain biking. They will prepare you and get you performing at your best in the sport that you love.
